Day 1: Arrival in Paro – Thimphu (55 km / 1.5-hour drive) 抵达帕罗 – 廷布（55 公里 / 1.5 小时车程）(L/D)
• Arrive at Paro International Airport and transfer to Thimphu. 抵达帕罗国际机场，前往廷步。
• Enroute stop at Chuzom and Tschogang Lhakhang. 中途在楚宗和楚岗寺停留。
• Arrive at Thimphu, check into the hotel. 抵达廷布，办理酒店入住。
• Explore Thimphu Main Street and market area in the evening and also visit Local Crafts Bazaar. 傍晚探索廷布主街和市场区域，还参观当地手工艺品市场。
• Overnight in Thimphu. 在廷布过夜。
Day 2: Thimphu 廷布 (B/L/D)
• After breakfast, visit Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang) 早餐后，参观金剛座釋迦牟尼佛像（Kuensel Phodrang）。
• Enjoy the hike of “Buddha Nature Trail” from Buddha Point to Changangkha Lhakhang. 享受不丹佛陀自然步道的徒步旅行，从佛陀点到昌冈卡拉康。
• After lunch, take a short drive (15km) to Pangri Zampa. 午餐后，开车前往旁丽藏帕，车程约 15 公里。
• Then, visit Bhutan Post Office and Traditional Paper-making factory. 然后，参观不丹邮局和传统造纸厂。
• Evening. visit Trashichhoedzong. 傍晚，参观扎西确宗。
• Overning in Thimphu. 在廷布过夜。
Day 3: Thimphu to Punakha (75 km / 2.5-hour drive) 廷布到普那卡（75 公里 /2.5 小时车程） (B/L/D)
• After breakfast, drive to Punakha across Dochula pass (3080m) and visit 108 Chortens or Druk Wangyal Chortens. 早餐后，驱车前往普那卡，途经多楚拉山口（海拔 3080 米），参观 108 座纪念佛塔或称楚克旺耶纪念碑。
• Arrive at Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong and Punakha Suspension Bridge. 抵达普那卡，参观普那卡宗和普那卡悬索桥。
• Explore Punakha Village in the evening. 傍晚探索普那卡村。
• Overnight in Punakha. 在普那卡过夜
Day 4: Punakha 普那卡 (B/L/D)
• After breakfast, hike up along the banks of the Mo Chhu to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten. 早餐后， 沿着墨竹河畔徒步前往康松尤莱朗杰佛塔。
• Later, visit to Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendrup Lhakhang Nunnery. 之后，参观桑琴多吉伦珠拉康尼姑庵。
• After lunch, proceed for the walking excursion to Chimi Lhakhang 午餐后，步行前往奇美拉康寺。
• Overnight at the hotel in Punakha. 在普那卡过夜。
Day 5: Punakha to Paro (120 km / 4-hour drive) 普那卡到帕罗（120 公里 / 4 小时车程） (B/L/D)
• After breakfast, drive to Paro, enroute visit Simtokha Dzong. 早餐后，驱车前往帕罗，途中参观西姆托卡宗。
• Arrive at Paro, check in hotel. 到达帕罗后，入住酒店。
• After lunch, visit Ta Dzong and Rinpung Dzong. 午餐后，参观塔宗和日蓬堡。
• Overnight in Paro. 在帕罗过夜。
Day 6: Paro 帕罗 (B/L/D)
• After breakfast, excursion to Taktshang Monastery or Tiger’s Nest (approx. 5 hours walk). 早餐后，前往塔克桑寺或虎穴寺进行游览（大约需步行 5 小时）。
• Afternoon, drive to Drukgyel Dzong. 下午，驱车前往竹巴宗。
• Evening, visit the 7th century Kyichu Lhakhang. 晚上，参观七世纪的吉楚拉康。
• Overnight in Paro. 在帕罗过夜。
Day 7: Departure 启程回国 (B)
• Breakfast at hotel & check out. Transfer to airport for departure. 早餐及安排退房手续。送往机场返回家园。
Included:
• 6 nights’ accommodation on twin sharing as per above mentioned hotels.
• All meals (6 Breakfast, 6 Lunch, 6 Dinner).
• All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.
