Santubong Wildlife Cruise 山都望野生动物游船

Package Summary:

This award-winning tour travels along the Santubong and Salak river estuaries. The cruise starts at the Sarawak Boat Club. From there, the boat cruises to the mouth of the Santubong River. Irrawaddy dolphins may be spotted. While enroute, the boat will roam the mangrove-lined rivers looking for wildlife. At the Salak estuary and island as the light starts to fade, a rare proboscis monkey may be spotted. Small groups are sometimes seen in the treetops at the water’s edge, settling down for the night. As dusk arrives, the boat proceeds further upriver where fireflies gather at night. Enjoy the subdued resplendent twinkling of the beetles flying around the branches of the mangrove trees. During the return to the boat club, there might be a chance to spot crocodiles along the river!

Santubong Wildlife Cruise Refund Policy:
Although we do not normally cancel the tour and as much as we would like our guests to enjoy the cruise to the fullest, Borneo is an island with unexpected isolated rains which is beyond our control. In the event of such a situation, please refer to the refund policy as below.
1.Cancellation of tour:
•12% chargeable for cancellation of tour upon arriving at the Boat Club before cruise departure.
•50% chargeable for cancellation of tour after less than 1 hour into cruising.
•Non-refundable for cancellation of tour after more than 1 hour into cruising.
2.Postponement of tour:
•No extra charge for postponement of tour to the next day for cancellation of tour (due to bad weather) after less than 1
hour into cruising.
•Cruise is forfeited and non-refundable for postponement of tour more than once.
Note: Our guide or boatman reserves the right to cancel or suggest the postponement of tour to the next day due to
bad weather condition.

山都望野生动物游轮退款政策：

尽管我们通常不会取消旅行，并且我们希望客人能够充分享受游轮之旅，但婆罗洲是一个经常出现意外的孤立降雨的岛屿，这是我们无法控制的。若出现此类情况，请参考以下退款政策。

1.行程取消：

•如果在游轮出发前到达游艇俱乐部取消旅游，将收取12% 的费用。

• 航行不足1 小时后取消旅行将收取50% 的费用。

•航行超过1 小时后取消旅游不可退款。

2.行程延期：

•少于1天后取消行程（因恶劣天气），推迟至第二天无需支付额外费用 巡航一小时。

•多次推迟行程的游船费用将被没收且不可退款。

注：由于以下原因，我们的导游或船夫保留取消或建议推迟到第二天的权利 恶劣的天气条件。
